February 2, 2018: Guest Host Susan Majerus (Police/Coummunity Relations)

police;

When the news of Officer Gumm’s death was released, our community was once again shocked and saddened at the loss of one of Colorado’s own. On this week’s show we will talk with Weld County Sheriff Steve Reams and Greeley Chief of Police Jerry Garner. It will be an opportunity to learn how we can support the men and women who protect us, and open up an honest conversation about why tragedies like this continue to happen. One of Officer Gumm’s family members has written a statement for us to read, and we will follow it with a moment of silence to honor both him and his family. We will end with our #GoodInGreeley segment where we talk about local businesses. Today’s spotlight is on Continuum Coffee Co.

Up first it’s Lea’s unique look at current events, followed by Julie Cozad and Steve Moreno from the Board of Weld County Commissioners. Then we have John Gates , one of our candidates for Mayor, sharing his thoughts and vision for the future of Greeley.

We’ll be talking with esteemed local doctor, Dr. James Howton, about erectile dysfunction and other physical problems that can get in the way of intimacy. Don’t be shy, email us at cathy@leaunleashed with any questions you’d like us to answer on-air.

First we have Father Kevin Barrett talking about the Hermit of Loreto and how it relates to the current political state of our country. Then our very own Weld County Commissioner Sean Conway will be updating us on our local government. Psychotherapist Stephanie James will be helping us educate, support and offer solutions for our readers as she teaches us about the art of the apology. As always we’ll cap the show with #LetsTalkPolitcs and Martin Lind.
