The Holidays are a time of joy and making wonderful memories but, for many people, it can be a time of struggle. From Holiday stress to having a first Christmas without a loved one, it can be hard to stay positive. On this week’s show we’re talking with Ron Waterman about staying motivated and on top of your health and to-do lists. Sarah Vetter, a nutritional health coach, will be talking about how you can reduce your Holiday stress with healthy eating and the possible benefits of using Cannabidiol for those suffering from anxiety. We’ll end our show with Dr. Debby Baker from our local Community Grief Center. She’ll be sharing advice to help you deal with loss during the holidays (including talking about children and grief) as well as offering support for those that struggle with depression and other mental health issues.
